Just because a certain profile works good for a board with a BGA does not mean it is automatically the correct profile to use for a different board that contains an LGA. Have you run a separate profile check with the board containing the LGA?

i have a up 3000 ultraflex. the lower half of the tactile sensor is stuck down. i have replaced the driver board, check wire down to drive board,check the fuse for power on the driver board.

With the address of FC107F24 I would look at the Slot 11 UIMC board. Try swapping with another Radisys Board. Check jumpers, changing one jumper only on each board.

M_, the parts may be similar but the boards look to be different. Is the thermal relief for each lead on each board the same? what is the board finish, HASL, Enig, OSP or other? The part itself may not be your problem but the part that is partial pla
