Tom, Go with AC-30 for LEDs. Stay away from Flexjet heads (AC72).

@ dontfeedphils.....ASM will accept multiple reels of same P/N. We do it every day.

It seems like some oxidation that flux is able to fix on the soldered pads. Is it looking like this before you reflow?
