I was at the show in San Diego. The Hanwah HM520 is wicked fast and half the price of the other major manufactures. Full disclosure we own Samsung/Hanwha but not that model.

Hello John, I'm also looking for options to place BGA's with center arrays on our IP2. You mentioned a belt feeder. Are you referring to a retrofit unit? I'm not aware of a belt feeder for the IP2, but would like to hear more about it. Thanks
