Do you have any images that show the soldered terminations? Also images of the pcb terminations after the part has moved might be helpful.

Hi, I am having a issue that SMT nut drop after reflow. The solder height all in specifications. Had tried adding flux inand the solder paste. But shows no improvement. Is the nut easily oxidize? Can anyone help me on this?

Hi Victor, The part drop after the first side reflow itself. The part seems like didn't catch solder.

I experienced assembled boards delaminated after washed. You know...those old datecode PCBs that I was talking about a few weeks back ? I was forced to use it, and of course prior using it I've baked them. I've baked them at 125 Deg for 4 hours and/
