FUJI CP4-3 Nozzle Change Alarm

Does it error during nozzle center check, if so, manually switch all holders to small, try center again. It should do about 8 small nozzle centers before error, if so this helps rule out the 10th station, if not check the 10th.

Hello, I have fixed the issues with the centering. Below the centering head there is a adjustment screw. First you have to remote a few screws to get access to it. They you can turn the adjustment screw to align the centering jaws.

Do you have an optical centering phase active for centering? You can have hydra tools setup in the package but if there is no optical centering it wont use the hydra.

Mydata centering jaws causing ESD and part damage

The centering jaws are made out of copper, I believe...and conductive. I'd suggest that the conductivity of the copper makes it a fairly poor source of ESD damage in a component. I have observed physical damage to components from the centering jaws

Hi. Is there a difference between "centering a component" and "aligning a component"? I've noticed that "centering" is used much more often but I don't see any difference between "centering" and "alinging". Am I right?? As far as component feeders
