We are looking at purchasing either an Essemtec FLX2020 or Fritsch placeall600 pick & place machine. Just wondering if anyone has any comments (Good or bad) concerning these two.

hello, I would consider essemtec machines visit http://www.essemtec.com, thay are extremly flexible and have lot of tracability features. with cleanroom and smt machines this is very tricky. I would separate smt from cleanroom. mark

Ed, sounds like your tech. is full of *hit. He must be fatter and lazier than me!! I'd call Essemtec and make sure that his statement is correct, and if it's true, Gabriella is right. Have a good one bud.

I would remove enough links to get the tensioning assembly back where you have room for adjustment again. I would have to agree that if the machine is still under warranty you should have Essemtec correct the issue.

Does anyone know were we can get a second user glue dispense head for an Essemtec CLM9000 - both the air dispense and the archimedes screw type. Also we may need software for the same machine

I am looking for nozzles for a ESSEMTEC model UFP3000. The manufacturer no longer supports this model. Does anyone know where I can find them?
