We will be using the same paste for all boards. We would need to change head because of board widths. Is the amount of time changing heads comparable to the time changing squeegee blades?

Do you know why my solder paste sticks to the squeegee so much that it mis-prints and how can I prevent it from happening. I can only get about 3/4 prints before this happens.
