Is this a new machine to your facility? I have seen MPM UP3000's give error while homing if the transformers are not tapped exactly at the line voltage. Just a thought.

My understanding is the resin does a one to one ion exchange. And that when it becomes saturated, it does nothing. edit, and you do mean tap water, not toilet water, right?

The last time I got corroded parts out of my wash was when my DI tanks were spent, and I was pretty much using straight tap water. Refreshing the DI tanks eliminated my issue. Hope this helps. cheers, ..rob

We had this. The anti-backlash nuts were binding. We took them apart, chased the threads with a tap and re-assembled with slightly less pre-load. Hasn't been a problem since.
