For anyone looking this up in the future, I ended up settling on part number "A-2-3.5", an aluminum, smooth finish coupon, 0.025" thick x 2" x 3.5".

We don't like ministencils. Consider using the patterns listed in the Practical Components and Topline catalogs. Few BGA we see have a 3X3 courtyard.

I never met such a issue.I use SRT1100&Freedom2000,and they works well with BGA larger than 3.5x3.5cm.

Assembleon FCM Base 1 PPU's HELP!

We have x30 PPU's across x3 FCM Base 1's which are not working properly (error is "image too low"??). Please advise on how to repair/replace these (besides Assembleon themselves). Thanks in advance, Jason
