I used to have the same issue with reed switches on one product we ran. Same oven too. We ended up rigging up an "umbrella" with two titanium stiffeners and bare PCB as the roof. It was hokey but it worked.

Good idea DWL, "Umbrella" thing works to solve this problem temporarily. But do you think it will cause any damage to hitter or heat zone?

I've always had good experiences with BTU, without fail. I've also had fairly good experiences with Heller, although they do like to slowly die on you one part at a time (blowers, SSRs, etc).

I had both in time. Both vendors have great machines. Life warranty on blowers, good build quality, good reliability. From this point it will be personal preference on custom details important for you.

Typical problems with our heller 1707 EXL would be blower issues. We have almost replaced every blower on the top sense purchase. Fortunately Heller is very good about honoring there warranty on the blowers which is quite long, Might be lifetime not
