How long to burn in a circuit board

I'm trying to find out what is considered a standard or what other companies are doing to test their cuircuit boards. Is everyone using a envirmental room if so what is the ramp up and how long do you test it? Thanks

Spray Fluxing

We are trying to change to spray fluxing and it not going as good as I hoped, we are having more brigding then what we did with foam fluxing. We are using Qualatex 326

Quad Autoprogram Software

Vicki, I also am in need of the autoprogram for quad. I have tried several different computers with Windows 98 and have not had any luck. If you find a way to make it work let me know. Chuck

0402 placement by IP2

Wow, you make these guys do all this work for you on circuit board repair advice, and all you're gonna do is give up and "swap it" at Walmart? You wimp!! You ought to try fixing it yourself - it's a character builder!

silver finishes on pcbs

Hi there, Could someone please tell me diferences and possible benefits that are found when using silver as a pcb finish as opposed to HASL. I've already tried the archives without much luck. ta much, jack

Hi ! Try fresh DRY solder paste... Keep solder paste in a sealed container until the moment of use. Humidity absorbed by the soldering paste becomes vapor violently at the moment of heating it , expelling the solder in form of balls everywhere.
