I recently purchased a used MPM UP2000 printer that I'm getting up and running. It's in very good condition and other than a worn out auxiliary on the main power contactor seems to be all working correctly. I've got it operating in demo/dry run mode

One thing about liquid N2 is while it is safe, only let trained personnel near it. I believe if someone got their hand frozen on the side, it is not coming off until the dewer is completely empty and warmed up. And make sure management understands

Hi. 1) recommend to phone up Heller for assistance on this case 2) using the wakeup profile, can you confirm if the problem remains or not when you skip the warm up of zone # 2? 3) each zone is based on 2 heaters (this is what we have on our 1809e

We have the same issue. It was present with our old 1500 and is even more present with our newer 1800EXL. For us, it seems to be related to the blowers, not the heaters. If we are in cooldown or wakeup the issue is still there with the heaters off.

Go for Gen 2 NT feeders, the Gen 1 Feeders tend to be problematic the older they get whereas the Gen 2 feeders are a much better prospect. I've used 8, 12, 16, 24 and 44mm. Some problems to look out for is pull back of coverlay and removal of waste

I might answer some of your questions: 1 - in order to use old 24V feeders, Advantis needs 24V feeder kit installed. As far as I figured out, it's only 24V transformer and wiring, so I guess you can do it yourselves if the machine is not upgraded

Hey Guys, so I have 3 Vitronics wave solder machines to care for (2 x 6622 and a Delta 5) and they're in need of some TLC. One thing they look to be badly in need of is some conveyor chain work. I found a thread here on chain cleaning, but wanted to

This is what I do when I want certain feeders to stick to certain positions: put all my feeders on feeder slot 0. Then put the feeders I do not want to move to the feeder slot they are in (program to spot 4,21 or what ever feeders slot you want them

It will be tough to get a good line for that cost. You might want to start by looking at Mydata and Juki for the machines. Ekra for the screen printer and Heller for the oven is where you might want to start. If you have not already you might want

I'm thinking of buying a graphics tablet for processing work - not a heavy duty amount. Can anyone recommend a tablet and give me an idea what I should look out for? I use Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator to do some sketching, learn logo design
