I recommend paste print-reflow the bottom side then use a selective wave solder pallet to mask the SMT components on the bottom side. PeteC

I am interested to know what people prefer for fine pitch packaging. Tape/Reel or Waffle tray for .031", .025", .020", .015" pitch components? What is the most robust packaging (i.e. fewer bent leads, etc.) Chuck

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to find some lead placement equipment. Currently we have Clip leads that come in reels with solder pre attached are currently done by hand. surface mountable leads/connectors will not do, due to board/end
