20X magnification, using 0.5 mil accuracy, is helpful. I have a MicroVU system for geometric measurements in my Receiving Inspection, which is used to also measure the new stencils to ensure aperture reductions requested are actually provided by the

Some more information is needed. Is there a machine error indicating a mispick? Or a vision error Component missing? I am not as familiar with UIC machines as I am with Siemens but here is my $.02 anyway. Try shimming the feeder under the pick up pos

I'm experiencing some toombstonning on the 0402 components. What are the variables that I need to be looking for to solve this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Hi Adam, theres a lot of information about tombstoning in the archive. Just 2 or 3 weeks ago for 0402s, you will find enough looking that up. Good luck Wolfgang
