Bolos, Why you have to purchase the Titanium solder pot for your lead-free? I have the MDS-200 Unit Design Drag solder and I just empty the solder SN63PB37 in the solder pot, clean it very well and buy lead-free solder bar to fill up the pot. David

What is the solder finish of the board?. If this is gold, maybe you should check the reflow profile and max temperature which can easely kill your gold coating so problems with bonding. Also we are using Prozone Multicore with ultrasonic to clean
