Yeah, I actually use Autoprogram 5.3.2 also, but I use it on a Windows95 machine, and it works OK. I would like to get a copy of the DOS version just to see how stable it is.

Are you using a water soluble paste? Older generations of water soluble paste are notorious for voiding. Some of the new generation water soluble fluxes allow a much wider process window.

This is a GREAT question!!!! Our process is similar, but our times are greater. Guess it's all dependant on the pressure on the pipe, eh? The faster money goes flying out the window, the less time there is for nicities.

Thanx for the reply. Hopefully the option can be provided in the future. I have since discovered that I can "highlight" the text with my mouse cursor, copy and paste to the windows notepad and then print.

Soldering to nickle plated kovar parts

When soldering a metalized germanimum window to a nickle plated kovar part, I would like to understand the intermetalic. Does the nickle plate actually melt or will the solder(SN63)simple stick to the nickle and not cause nickle to reflow? Any one ou
