Dear all Can any1 explain me about the variuos types flux and their cleaning procedure? I have confusion in claen,non-clean,RMA, and water soluble. Thanks in advance.

Patrick is an expert, and is of course correct. I was oversimplifying the answer. There are a number of NoClean fluxes that leave little to no visual residue, and would be classified as "pretty" Thanks Patrick

Dear Graham, Thanks for the information. is there any way to control the humidity inside the oven..? At over 100 C. how the evaporated vapour from the component remove out from the oven..?

Did you contact Vitronics? They offered a simple Windows upgrade to their SMR ovens. Not sure if applicable to older versions. If so, and if it's similar to the upgrades we did to our SMRs 10+ yrs ago, you could do it yourself in just a few hours.
