You are not unique. We too are using "no-clean" flux but yet we still have to use flux off to clean the boards before our test bays. I know of no solution to this yet but I am actively seeking one.

Guys, two things: 1 Fluxes have different probing chaacteristics. Consider broadening your horizons. 2 Look at SMTnet thread ... ICT Fixtures No-Clean Flux - Cartman 14:04:14 03/16/2000

We have just been using a pair of hot tweezers from either pace or ersa. We are in the process of switching to the metcal brand. they seem to be the best out there.

Yes, Metcals do work. The parts come off and clean-up very nicely with a hot tip. Nothing really special needed.

You could always try posting "The Beatings Will Commence Until Moral Improves" signs all over your production floor.

Has anybody got experience with using Time-Teperature Labels to monitor the freshness of solder paste, if so what are your experiences. Sal.

1. It is hard to tell, but your PCB vendor should test the PCB. 2. I think the important thing is the width of the apertures. You should have it laser-cut, and control the width no more than 90% of half pitch. Good luck.
