Did you have any luck in finding an acceptance criteria that QA accepted? We have had excellent results on signal pins of D-sunb connectors but the grounding prongs dod not meet IPC standard 610C, 4.3 Thanks, John

trying to identify faulty component seems to be a zener need to find the parameters PEC 5KE36CA do you know a database which could give the figures do you know the manufacturer (PEC)

Type in the part number at digikey.com parts search. Leave out the PEC and you will find three parts. One will direct you to the General Semiconductor site. This should help

I agree with Scott. When not in use we store the squeegee blades in the original plastic shipping containers. Keeping them in the containers also gives you something to label the sqeegees with as to different pitches or lenghts and different machine
