Wear resistence PCB Finishing

Hi, I need a wear resistance PCB finishing over bare copper (If exist!), the surface have a moving part which slides over it and bare copper as a surface is not good enough. I'll apprechiate any information. Thanks Roni

Quad Feeders

Is there anybody out there familiar and expert on fixing Quad tape feeders? I have a few feeders that I can't figure out what was wrong. It won't do anything, but when I checked the voltages, the wiring, etc.,everything is normal. Please help. Hermi

Jan, have you try to teach on hsp4791 see if it's ok. Normally, what would happen is the lighting. Do you know how to calibrate the lighting on HSP?

BGA PAd Soldermask

Interested in information regarding PCB soldermask tenting over vias within a BGA layout. Is this a common practice to reduce the occurrence of shorts, are there any reliability concerns? Thanks!

Kurt, When I was working in a captive manufacturing house we had been to migrate toward tenting all vias under the BGA to eliminate not only shorts but insufficient (Starved) joints. Tony
