High mix low volume I would say Mydata would be a good choice, If set up time isn't a big factor I would choose Siemens F4 for reliably, serviceability and OEM support.

We have a dead one too. :( They're not cheap. Do you know what's taking them out? I suspect a shorted cable is what took ours out.

Depending on your PNP equipment it looks as though it will work fine. Hard to tell pick surface of component based off their drawing, but as the old saying goes "technically anything is possible" good luck K

Where are you located? If in US, support for DIMA equipment is through Manncorp. Not a source I would put my money on.

Hi, I would get a second hand MYDATA, and that should do the trick. Lots of feeders available, and easy to program. Good for small volume, but not high volume.

We have a Universal 4796L pick and place. The current programming software is the old IBM OS/2. Did anyone upgrade their programming system to a better OS like Windows 2000 or NT?
