Just visually inspect the squeegee everyday. If there is some damage you will notice right away ....and yes you will start to get bad prints.

Hi All: What is a "good" time for removal and replacement of an SOT23. Steps are ID, remove, site dress, replace with new, clean using IPA and inspect per Class II, My average time is 3 minutes. Regards BWET

Same option is in the MV-2 Open both programs and then run one of them after inspection turn the board and press start it would change to the other program with no problem.

Agree to disagree on Nano Protec. Have you used it and studied the results? We do 3D inspection and clean our stencils in the UT wash on a regular basis. Volume is better and we have to clean on a much lesser frequency when using Nano Protec.

Oh yeah, You can flip to switch on the camera card, VM1710 and jog the PCB under the fiducial camera to visually inspect to placements. switch it back when you are done.
