I'm becoming fairly certain this must be software limited. Maybe my math is wrong, but 8 zones * 6000W is 48000W, which would be more like 130A if all were active.

For anyone else looking at this, a normal startup runs a bit over 60A, but editing a running program can push this to 85A or so.

The ERR led is flashing on the TSX Nano PLC in our Heller 1088 due to a defective battery in PLC. Has any one got the PLC program I need to reload ? Or is there a way to restart PLC ? is program stored somewhere else in PLC ? many thanks john
