We are processing a 5x22" PCB using Juki "2010E and 2060E". Machines are spec'd as 18x20" cabable. We just needed to adjust a conveyor sensor (1 time) and ignore a few placement area warnings.

It's all relative to your Zone Temps and the thermal profile of your assembly. Without knowing what they are, we'd be irresponsible to offer any advice on adjusting your conveyor speed.

Yes this has been checked, had to change them to manual in order to manually adjust the rail width by hand by turning the chain.

Most machines for lead free have adjustable conveyor angles (4 to 8 degrees). In the good ole days with lead, we typically ran at about 6 degrees. Often we see closer to 4 degrees with lead free. This is very common, and provides longer immersion

have you checked how is oven configured in oven setup wizard? if you run it now you should be able to see current config. make sure you backup old config before making any changes.
