yes Jeff, i tried that, with the user - administrator but it doesn't work. all the other times i have used the BTUs it has been BMOC.

This error is an error from an Access database table. SO could be a damaged database file, a locked file associated with administration priviledges, or maybe the file server isn't running or there has been a change of file server ID etc. sarason

Glad to help. 1122 is administrator which allows you to edit files in the software. I've done it but with ASYS on the phone.
