Bill, As Cunli said, there is a link at the top of each message page that will pop open a printer friendly version. Before we added that feature, the only solution was to print the page in landscape mode. The printer friendly version is not a fixed

Davef, We see increased IMC thickness for electroless Ni and the brittle mode failure occurs much earlier in multiple reflows, exposing IMC layers. Not good for board level reliability.Regards. GV
