The global SMT solutions provider Mycronic will, through a renewed partnership agreement, include Aegis Software’s FactoryLogix NPI (New Product Introduction) as the main programming interface for its MY700 Jet Printer and Jet Dispenser. The tailor-made software, branded as FactoryLogix Express, will also have the capability to prepare data for Mycronic’s range of pick-and-place machines, through an optional TPSys output interface.

When I had a MY500, I was told the only way to program it was through the interface software. The reason given was because of the algorithm/processing. You couldn't even do on the fly changes at the machine. I imagine they've continued that schema

I used the older MYCam s/w to program the MY600. We switched to FactoryLogix for the MY700 printer. By the way, Aegis also supports Mycronic's Factorylogix installations. You can contact them about the crashes. It can, also, be from Windows. Sometime
