I see some Quad QSA30 machines on an auction site. They are obviously made by Samsung, and look a LOT like, maybe the Smasung CP40. Can anybody give their experience with this model? I was at an auction for a CP45FV machine, and was VERRY impresse

We have some Quad (QSA-30) machines, and i get better results when i optimize a program manually of the one that when i utilize the optimizer of the machine. Somebody knows a better software, than i stop using a manually optimizer. Sory me English. �

John....Are you positive the machine is drifting.....Are the pickups drifting too???? If they are....then you do have a drift prob....if they are still on....sounds like false fiducial finds. Good luck.

After fooling around with it, I was able to clear that error. I didn't know that I had to assign nozzels to each part, I though the feeder assignment would do that. I appreciate the reply.

Once you optimize and you go into step program....the nozzles should be assigned to each placement. If it is not doing this....the optimizer is still not working the way that it should.

I found out that the machine origin was in the wrong place. Once I adjusted that eveything fell into place.
