Washable Soldermask on PWB

Is anybody using H2O washable solder mask that comes on the PWBs you get from the fab vendor? I am researching PWB vendors that can provide this service. Thanks.

solder mask onto pad or pad defined by solder mask?

We had some bad experiences trying to work with soldermask defined BGA pads. If the opening in the soldermask is right to the edge of the copper/pad without a space it can leave reside on the pad and nothing will stick to it. See http://www.sipad.com

Tombstoning is usually oven profiling, see October 14 thread below. Aperture rules are misleading. Component mix, stencil thickness, paste factors, all contribute. Also, are you making the stencil from a paste or pad layer or from a soldermask layer?
