We run a high mix/low-medium volume smt line with MPM SPM stencil printer, MyData pick-n-place machine and a Heller reflow oven. That combination is working well for us.

There are many machines that would fit the bill and because of that I would probably suggest you determine a budget first and then go from there.

If you have a high mix of products, I would recommend a MyData machine. Changeover times from one job to the next can be minimal.

"The machine blows a slight amount of air after placement and it is probably adjusted too high. " Is that adjustable and how to do it on TopazX2 Assembleon Pick and Place Machine?. Thank you very much.

Custom made nozzles from our vendor of pick'n'place machines are a bit on the expensive side. Does anyone have any recommendation of third party companies, or a good quality machine shop, that may be able to make us a couple nozzles?

Hi all, is there anybody with hands-on experience with this pick and place or similar models? I am thinking to buy one for low-volume hi-flexibility OEM productions, so every opinion is very welcome. Thanks in advance
