Have you always used xylene? For our 1B73 we use nothing but 73 thinner from Humiseal or PGMEA at about 50/50 depending on the humidity.

HI, we use the SMT Tower software to controll it. The Tower is afully automated storage which controlls the humidity. Is a component leaving the Tower, the time is runnig. Is the Component back in the Tower, the time is stopped.

You'll need to login with Admin rights to apply those settings. Mirtec used to use pretty simple default passwords for admin as I recall. Check the manual, the default logins should be there. 'hege

Hi Bruce It will be using a hot air knife for solder. Meanwhile, there are many bridging at fine pitch socket pin after wave. It isn't easy to tuoch up. So, consider the air knife can help a bit. Thanks
