HI All. I recently acquired at Suzuki SMT2100V machine but I am having difficulty finding a source for nozzles. Does anyone know where I can purchase or get custom nozzles made? Thanks in advance for any help.

If you do not want to invest in a wave pallet, then you'll have to find a way to equalize your thermal mass across the PCBA so your machine settings work for both "PCBs" (Ridig+Flex). My $0.02, George

Is this solder lead or lead free? Try look at the delta of the PCB during re-flow, you might find that the smaller parts are being "cooked" faster and burning off the flux.

We currently do have part system in place. The problem that we are having is finding the same part used on multiple jobs. We it be sufficient to keep most used and common parts on hand. Then turn kitting into fifo.

There is a new website to source and see reviews on manufacturers. http://www.vendop.com They have PCB and many other different manufacturing categories as well. I've used them a few times for finding new vendors. Hope it will help.
