I'm thinkin you can buy a lot of stencils for 200K. If you are worried about floor space, buy frameless, or space saver stencils. Will not jet WS paste.

With saving time and space. With having the possibility to change any aperture at any time. With having the chance to apply different deposits on the same assembly or the same part. A stencil printer is not for free as well and it needs consumables t

I realize that I wrote wrong. Sry The stencil of 0,1mm of thickness is printing 45% more volume. I know this becouse the SPI is setup with the stencil gerbers and the messurements have a median of 145% of volume. what do you mean with excesive sold

Hi Experts, I am interested in having a tool or process to measure coplanarity between the PCB pushed-up in the printing process and the Stencil. Therefore having a way to calibrate them.

The easiest way to do without special tools is to use level. Check machine co-planarity on the conveyor rails in both directions(you can do that with rails down or rails up or both). Then check co-planarity on the stencil. If the level shows the sam

Show that it is cheaper to replace than to make bad boards that need rework. Surely you can get QC to complain about the boards pasted with that stencil.

Hey man, can you please suggest what you do for traceability system to count cycles of the stencil. Is there any special setup for that or just a Excel sheet with formulas.?
