Using the 72A FNC nozzles to place 3216 resistors, and 74F nozzles to place PLCC6 LED's. The LED's ar 5mm x 6.5mm x 2.4mm tall.

On your mount data it has to go 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 once it goes to a higher number then the previous it has place and start over try that out

Have you tried to do a reset start? When Fuji's act weird the first place to start is a reset start, then re-load the Proper Status and Program. Jerry

By default we clean after 10 cycles. Some boards are poorly designed and we end up doing it every 4 cycles

Polymide is like a sponge and absorbs moisture much faster than rigid substrates. Pre-bake your substrate for 2-4 hours at 125C and perform your soldering within 1 shift thereafter or seal in moisture barrier bags.
