I have a Philips CSM84VZ. There are offset calibrations that compensate the X and Y distances from the camera to the heads and the beam pointer. Perhaps yours is similar and just needs a small Y adjustment for the beam pointer.

it is true.My supplier only sell the sodler paste in Jar,1 jar must have 500g( minimum), although we wanted 250g par jar.

We do a lot of intrusive reflow. It works very well but the others are correct you need to verify that the part can survive the high temps. Most TH components are not rated for reflow, we have to test each one ourselves.

We used to use spray machines. We now have a PMR ultrasonic cleaner. Ultrasonic is the best in my opinion.
