Any one screen printer manufacture stand out over others? We are also 100% lead free, I use Kester solder paste. Is this a good brand compared to other brands?

Over the years I have gotten the best support from Aim and Alpha and the least support from Kester. If you can, you might want to switch to a solder supplier that gives good support.

The leads on the FPC are pre-tinned on both sides with SAC305. The receiving leads are AU. We coat all surfaces with Kester 979 no-clean flux dispensed via pen prior to initiating the hotbar cycle.

Kyle: I have also used the Kester, and the biggest difference I found between the two is that the MultiCore is a lot thicker. I had to make some printer adjustments to use the Kester; I had to use a little less squeege pressure to get a clean print
