We tried restoring the Machine Configuration, Mapping, and Calibration data from after the calibration done last year. The error was still present after the restore and restart.

Hi.. Tushar, We are located in Chandigarh (India). We have our calibration kit too. Even performed Calibration also. But could not proceed for programming. Tried a lot but failing..

If the offsets are the same for every board and stencil you checked - You should calibrate this machine. Usually you should have a calibration stencil and board to do that.

Sadly we have 3 of these, and not one came with a calibration stencil. I couldn't even find a calibration menu other than the "screw head" one.

Brad, have you got any calibration jigs with the machine? This could also be down to laser offset or laser scaling which are both calibrated with different jigs. Where are you based?
