The separation clip part number for a TM8 and a TM8C are different. The TM8FC clip is longer so it will cover the component before the one being picked.

we set the pre heaters the same as the Electrovert. On the SHEO wave solder it is a much longer conveyor so we only turned on the last two pre heaters to match the Electrovert

I am talking with them now. The going is slow and we have not gotten any where yet, but this machine is so old support is no longer available everywhere I have tried so far.

I was wondering if anyone out there had the re-install discs for a Dage Nordson XD6600 X-Ray system and would be able to image them and send along; the unit is no longer supported by Dage and my discs are MIA.

I'm looking for a clone of an ekra x5 hard drive...we are willing to provide the hard drive and compensation for your time. ekra want us to upgrade the hardware to work with their latest software... they no longer offer the older version of software

As I know, some PCB manufacturer can make 1200mm (47") and longer boards now. If you didn't get satisfied answer from here, try ask your PCB or PCBA supplier

Lead nozzles last longer than lead-free nozzles. Our lead-free nozzles typically last 9-12 months but we are only running an average of 15 hours per week on a RPS Rhythm system using SN100C solder.
