Thanks for the reply. The IP3 we're working on is a 4400. We installed a new motor/encoder today but it didn't help. So far we've swapped the CPU, vision card, both LSOs and the servo cards. We've been poking around the relays and wiring tonight but

Problem is solved! There wasn't voltage on motor inputs (only 5-10V AC) when the motor connected correctly, but was ~210V AC without motor. Firstly, I exchanged the motor speed control relay (Panasonic G-series type), but the result was same. (the a

We have a Speedline Electrovert Bravo 8 reflow oven. We have issues where we get a "thermal runaway HTSC trip" error and the oven shuts down. We normally can unplug and replug a connector into the Sensor/Relay Watlow AnaFaze TLM-8 module and it sta
