Thanks. System we are going to use have 35 character limit and usually MFG P/Ns are less than 35 character (i haven´t founded yet MFG P/Ns that are longer). and there can be special characters.

I spend several hours resetting both chips and no luck. I have a question: The lcd not displaying could be the main controller board? Does anyone sell parts for this machine ?

Honestly speaking, do you recommend fixing the printer? Is it very reliable? I tried calling sigmaprint.co.uk but they did not answer. The have no working links in their site and they might be out of business?

That is the site. I do not have a direct contact but i probably know a few of the guys. I believe they used to work for smtech along time ago.

You have to disable some lines in the machine.cfg file. If you do this....save the original before modifying it. I think you disable the gantry/head and the mei for Gantry 2.

I have a DEK Horizon 02i. Is it easy to swap between Squeegee and cartridge system just by installing the Proflow head assembly?

Same as above, probably going to be 100nf 0603 or 0402 Caps, or 0805 if old technology. If you have a decent pick & place you can gang pick these - line up 8 reels in a row of the same value for example & cut pick times, and reel changes
