I worked at a place that routinely put up to six images on one stencil. Having two stencils for small boards seems so wasteful to me. Unless you are running them on two lines.

I have a ESD Surface Resistivity Meters and while trying to measure table to ground it wants us to set a voltage value as 10V, 100V, 500V. I'm not sure which one should i choose? What are them for?

I have noticed that at least for lasercutted stencil the price is mostly for apertures, so not much savings. For hand stenciling it may give some minor cost benefits but is it worth it? Messing around with tape and stuff...

Does your nitrogen supplier have any recommendations for controlling flow? Sounds like the regulators are inadequate or not working properly.

We have a DEK Horizon 05 with stencil clamps operational on left side only, right side non-opertional. Any ideas where to get started troubleshooting?

Does anybody know how to disable the RV head on a Siplace F5 machine. Our machine is configured with a 6-head RV head and an IC head. We are having problems with the RV head, and machine wont initialise without finishing the RV head reference run.

Hello, We have Versaprint ERSA Printer. The machine has been working so well since over 10 years. Now, the vaccum cleaning option is not workinh anymore. The machine stops right before the vaccum cleaning start. Any idea to help fixing that problem?

We don't have that machine, but our other DEK's all share a solenoid. Air for both sides should be on or off all together. I'd check for an air supply to the clamps that switches when commanded to clamp or unload.

Thank you, there are a few more things in that service manual than I have. Really what I was looking for, and didn't find, is there any type of comp table for the ballscrew on these machines?

Just another thought - how long is the printer idle for between boards? is it long enough to have the chemicals start to separate within the paste?
