We have been using SAKI AOI for more than ten years, the software and check algorithms should be must better. The machine themselves(hardware)are very good. There were no serious problem.

We have different codes for different mfg's. Also we try to stay away from text inspection as much as possible since that is done already in incoming inspection.

I am looking for a machine to protect PCBs against moisture with varnish. It doesn't have to be very efficient, it seems that one for a desk is enough. What to look for? Is it worth looking for a used one? Best available in Europe.

Hello, does anyone have any experience or can make recommendations for software that allows DFM and DRC to be carried out? Mainly in stencil design (Aspect Ratio and Area Ratio). Greetings Yannick

Or KISS 103 seems to blown on of the Gecko Stepper drives. Anyone have a good way to replace it? There does not seem to be any good access to it. Do I need to remove the complete solder assembly to gain access?

I have the rear panel off and I can see the Drive but there is very little clearance looking down or working. Where are the fuses located? We also had the breaker pop a few times on out main breaker before this happened.
