Hi The answer is yes, These moles, as you called them, are designed more as process control test instruments than true representations of the products that you will process. By The Way, Most don't know this so I congratulate you. Many get schnoke

Hello all, We are considering switching from FujiCam to Flexa. Does anyone have any comment on this? Advantages/Disadvantages? Thanks

I strongly reconmend to switch over to Flexa. It's much easier and reliable than FujiCam and UniCam. Except the PCB's have to be very roboust to handle all the security fixtures. W. G

In reference to item #1: You may be interested in a string of postings on this same subject entitled "Fuji Flexa and Aegis w/ Circuitcam or Unicam w/Assembly Expert" on this site. Since that string is active still you may want to post your questions

We are looking at a design that has an smt led emiter and a corresponding smt detector. After reviewing the tolerance stackup, we need a reflowed placement accuracy of +/-0.25mm(+/-0.010") for each component. Any thoughts/opinions?

A good pad design along with a capable placement machine should handle this easily. 16mil pitch components need placement accuracy to about .002" so this shouldn't be a big problem to achieve. This placement tolerance is also basically the same as

Hello All We have here a Conceptronic oven running under Win 3.1 and the password have been lost. Is there a trick to find it in some files or do we have to reload the firmware ? Thanks

Did you ever change the passwords on the oven or were they defaults and you dont remember them? Because for level 1 is the number 1 for 2 it is 2 and for level 3 it is 3. Hope this helps.
