We use them on our DEK printers. They have worked out very well. The only thing we had to do was make a push down bar so we could push all the pins down and lock them. This makes setting up the blocks much easier; board is fixtured, pins released

Try spraying flux on top of the loaded PWB when you put it on the conveyor. The tackiness of the flux does a pretty fair job of keeping the axial leaded parts down to the board. This takes more cleaning, but it has worked wonders for me on assemblies

if your company would loose millions by shutting down during every storm, then you should invest 100k$ in a standby generator big enough to feed the whole plant. We did this and the generator paid itself off after a couple of blackouts. Plus, when yo

The ends of the nozzles look flattened. I haven't measured the total length yet to see if it is in tolerance or not. That is for tomorrows "to do" list as well as calling tech support. When I slow the machine speed down and watch what is happening I

If you have a virus protection software in place it is likely slowing your system down to a crawl. Disable it and see if your results are better. You can also do a ctrl+alt+del. Go to "Processes" and take a look at what is bringing down your speed. H
