oh....bye the way....there are dip switches on the driver cards that need set correctly when swapping them.....i hope you set the correct switches when swapping or you probably will never get it to work.

QP242E is the one of the best IC machine in the world. I've four in my factory & they work perfectly for years. Running cost is extremely low. You won't be disappointed.

Vitronics Unitherm 500 and Leadfree

Has anyone out there done any lead free testing using a Vitronics Unitherm 500 oven? based on the specs I have dug up on the machine I suspect it should work fine but it would be great to hear from someone that has done it. Thanks in advance.

As Steve said do not re-refrigerate. You can also take the paste out early. We remove enough paste from the refrigerator for a full days work around noon the day before we use it. Jerry

SMT adhesive works great! We actually cut stencils to print adhesive in between areas that always solder short over wave. It's the perfect solder resist. Change a customers board? I thought only Satin could do that?

Im guessing your using a PSA? We have had very little luck with this method of attachment as a standalone.Works great if you are using clips. I would suggest you look into a thermal adhesive.
