weve done a few evaluations for the no-flow underfill and for the reliability I think it has already passed MRT L3 @ 220C reflow. What is it specifically you're interested about the flow u/fill??

The only place I ever used my SMTNET E-mail is through a couple of E-mails I sent to people that use this site. I sincerely hope that the used equipment guys are not passing out our E-mail addresses. Thanks for the response.

Why not go to VOC free flux. It is a water based no clean. Clean it when you need to and leave it when you don't have to clean. We have used it for several years. We do Military and Commercial - passes for all so far.

We are having an issue with repeatability and reproduceability in our ICT process. The first pass yield is low but the retest yield is significantly higher. Has anyone out there have done a Gage R&R in their ICT process?

I agree with Dave, If you want to achieve S 20.20 you need the best. We were certified last year and due to the support we got from our vendor to guide us through what to do and not do as well as their ongoing training we passed first round.

LITTLE problem!!! Consider removing and replacing the all BGA in one pass. Doing them one at a time [if that's the future you see for yourself] could get boring pretty quickly.

Go to http://www.gsilumonics.com we use several of their systems for both paste and component inspection and week in and week out maintain a 99.85%+ first pass yield on a no post reflow repair line.

Yes it is Di water and is tested after washing. The customers boards pass inspection testing before the wash but the customer likes to see them CLEAN.
