Hi, talking about ESD. Is there a recomendation for your building itself to be grounded? Lets say you are using esd wax, What happen with discharges? If wax conducts thes charge, where are they going? Do I need ground my builduing? Regards JC

If your building was built to any type of code it is grounded. Floor waxes by all I know are dissipative not conductive. The charge "dissipates away" from the floor Russ
