Hi mate, no offense intended to anyone, just wanna say that "copies" ought to be re-designed with more advanced improvements against the older models. else what the heck is that "copy-designer" team doing with all that R&D time/funding?

Sensbey Spray Fluxer

Phil- As Pete correctly pointed out, the early Spray Fluxers that Sensbey provided with their machines were designed by AT&T and used a similar head and nozzle design to a spray paint gun. We had good success with them.

Boothroyd and Dewhurst has DFA packages that are pretty good but are more for analyzing one design to an alternate design vs giving good times for your particular site, etc. You can find their site on the WEB.

You may want to check your stencil aperture design too. The base ball pad design worked fine to solve my tombstone problem.
