I've been storing some boards in my computers and equipment now for about 17 yrs with many different types of ambient conditions. Everything is still working. Keep finished goods in an ESD bag and dust them off once in awhile.

Hi Grant, I'm sure the XP is a good machine, but don't expect CP performance or longevity from it, it's just not engineered the same way (i.e. it's not the size of an ocean liner). Rob.

We use Samsung here and we have beat the $#^ out of them for 5 years straight with no machine failures to date. Granted it's not twenty years but we will see. What are the majority of these passives you are placing in relation to size? Not a Samsun

J. Dumont, Did the problem start right after cleaning? If so, the temp sensor may have been damaged during cleaning. Jerry

I spoke with my rep from Kyzen and he told me they have issues with the 4512 chemistry. I drained the 4512 out and put in our old "soap" and do not see any problems. That must have been it. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Clark, Which component type are you using? Deform? also, is this a domed led? and if so, are you using a nozzle with an approriate ID to seal on the body? Not every LED may be able to be placed with a 4791. Todd
