What about making the customer drawing or parts list with their rev as a part number on your parts list? Example: (455556 rev X) would be a part number on your parts list.

How about a sonic vibrator of some sort? Can't see it working in real life but who knows what someone with too much time on their hands might come up with. Stephen

I am currently looking at purchasing equipment and have narrowed it down to these two platforms. Does anyone have these machines or any input about them?

We have had some components that popped off in our IR oven. It was attributed to the solder paste. The humidity was above 60% the temp was about 70 degrees.

Denis: You could be correct about metal reflecting IR. When we use our old IR station, we place pieces of aluminum foil around the component to be removed to protect the near-by components.
